About Us
CVCR Education Outreach is funded by a generous grant from the Sorenson Legacy Foundation. We strive to empower our delightful students, allowing them to experience a rich and more personalized relationship with exemplary, inspiring visiting professionals enhancing their educational core curriculum through music, “Western Wordsmithing,” creative writing, literacy, self-esteem building activities and meaningful links between book-education and direct cultural experiences. Additionally, we share the wonder of harmonicas, hoping to bring more joy into our “world” by offering many students their own pocket-sized instrument along with hands-on instruction.
All efforts are directed towards reaching as many children and adults as possible, encouraging more productive individuals and families and inspiring all to set, then achieve, their goals. We are especially grateful to be offering these opportunities to our more rural Northern Utah and surrounding area schools, including “Title One” designated schools.
